- Sticky nickels and lucky pennies cannot be generated.
- The item only costs 10 coins when found in a Shop.

- 9 Volt: Allows for infinite generation of coins in a room with enemies.
- Book of Virtues: Spawns tiny coin wisps in the middle ring. The wisps have a 50% chance to drop a random coin when destroyed.
- Car Battery: Two independent attempts of generating a coin, which can be of different values.
