Gameplay changes[]
Tainted Azazel's beam now has a reduced duration unless he holds Brimstone
Tainted Azazel now sneezes automatically when charging instead of when releasing a partial charge
Hitting enemies with Tainted Azazel's sneeze cuts the remaining charge time in half
Hitting enemies with Tainted Azazel's sneeze inflicts them with a Brimstone Curse which makes them more vulnerable to Brimstone attacks and causes them to explode when killed by Brimstone
Tainted Eve's clots are no longer lost when recalled by Sumptorium if she has full health, instead they will drop to the ground next to her
Tainted Eve's clots now start with 15 HP when spawned and slowly decay down to 1 HP (5 HP for non-red hearts)
When playing as Tainted Lazarus, all items that spawn as part of a room layout (such as a treasure room or a shop) now have an alternate form which can be accessed using Flip, even after they have been picked up

Undocumented Changes[]
The ornament that adorns the Planetarium door was moved one pixel to the left and therefore centered.
Holding "R" to reset a run will gradually fade the screen to black before resetting the run. If R is let go during the fadeout time, it stops the fade and the run is not reset. Overall, this makes each reset take roughly 0.2 seconds longer.
When playing asTainted Lazarus, the Active Item of both of his forms now charge upon room completion. Previously, items would only charge upon room completion for Tainted Lazarus's currently active form, effectively making any active item have double its charge time.
Donation machines now give increased money when bombed, to compensate for them only being able to be destroyed once per run. This is especially useful on early floors, as it makes it much easier to purchase a 15 cent item.
Tainted Samson has a new mechanic such that if he uses Suplex! on an enemy at the end of his berserk state, it will deal extra amounts of damage and cause a Mama Mega! effect. (This uses two new animations called "SuperLeapUp" and "SuperLeapDown".)
The reason for this was due to a bug where if Tainted Samson's berserk ended while he was Suplexing, the said enemy would simply disappear, causing a softlock against some bosses
Sausage now gives a +6.9% Devil/Angel Room chance and a +6.9% Planetarium chance.
Paschal Candle now increments correctly after clearing a room with Tainted Lazarus (before, the Flip effect took priority and Paschal Candle never had an opportunity to increment).
Some items and trinkets with the lazarussharedglobal item tag are now shared between both forms of Tainted Lazarus. This includes items that map parts of the floor such as the Compass, items that increase devil/angel deal chance such as Black Candle, and items/trinkets that spawn new or altered rooms on each floor such as Voodoo Head. Items that grant a shared effect and a stat boost (such as Pentagram, which grants a damage increase and increases devil deal chance), will not transfer the stat increases between forms.
The changes to the price of certain items in an Angel shop (The Stairway) also applies to the prices of those items in Angel Rooms in general for Tainted Keeper.
Fixed Tainted Isaac's special inventory being temporarily invisible after quitting and reloading a run.
Fixed Tainted Jacob becoming permanently unable to recover from his Lost form after quitting and reloading a run.
