Book of Virtues: Spawns hourglass-shaped wisps on the middle ring. The wisps slow all enemies in the room for 3 seconds when destroyed. If the Hourglass is used or extra wisps are destroyed while the slow is in effect, its duration is extended.- Car Battery: Doubles the duration of the effect.

- One of Death's attacks invokes The Hourglass, slowing down Isaac for a short duration. The same popup appears as well.

 Upon using The Hourglass on  The Hollow, there is a chance that when they hit the corners of the walls, they will stay there until the effect is gone. Afterwards, The Hollow will have the same moving patterns as  Larry Jr.
