Effects

• When taking damage, Isaac farts, applying poison to all enemies in range.
• When taking damage, Isaac farts 5 times in quick succession. The farts poison and knock back enemies and projectiles, and leave lingering poison clouds. Deflected projectiles deal 7 damage.
• Farts deal 5 damage and the poison deals 21 damage over time.
• Farts deal 5 damage and the poison deals Isaac's tear damage for 6 ticks.

• Ghost Pepper/ Bird's Eye: Shoots a flame behind Isaac when he farts.

Interactions

• Second Hand: The poison duration is not increased.
