Teleporters

Teleporters can be found in Mausoleum and Gehenna.

Walking on a teleporter causes Isaac to teleport to the one that has a matching symbol. If there are more than two teleporters in a room with the same symbol, then Isaac will teleport to a random one of them.

Teleporters can exist in both an active (glowing) and inactive (not glowing) state. If there exists two or more teleporters of matching symbols where some are active and others are not, it acts as a one-way teleporter with the inactive pad(s) being the exit point.

When playing as The Forgotten, teleporting as The Soul will also teleport The Forgotten's body.

Trivia[ | ]

There are some teleporters that resemble some items and pick-ups.
- One resembles the symbol from the item Abaddon, and another resembles the symbol from Rune of Ehwaz.
