Teardrop Charm is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

- Luck-based tear effects (i.e. status-inflicting tears or other effects, such as
Euthanasia) have a higher chance of occurring.
- The bonus is equivalent to +4 Luck, but the other benefits of Luck do not apply.

- Because the bonus is a flat +4 luck, this trinket works best on items that require a low luck stat to trigger most often.
