Is the lord of the flies transformation a reference to the movie &/or book Lord of The Flies?

Got that pop-up saying Beelzebub after rerolling with D4. Is that the Lord of Flies or Leviathan? Anyways it should be added.
Conjoined
Isn't Ghost baby part of the Conjoined transformation ? I had the transformation at least twice after picking up Ghost baby as the 3rd item. --Maimai009 (talk) 10:15, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
Trophy Not Unlocked
I was playing as Azazel one night on the PS4 version and was finally able to transform in Beelzebub, also his appearance didn't change, I still unlocked the secret in the game, yet no notification popped-up saying I unlocked the trophy. Afterbirth Plus Transformations
I feel they are a bit.. incomplete. for example, Book Worm transformation doesn't happen with Satanic Bible or Necronomicon or even the normal Bible and that discovery ruined my economy on Apollyon Greedier run. also, why aren't Sissy Longlegs, Daddy Longlegs and Bursting Sack on the spider baby transformation?
The Spun transformation seems to be missing the new Adrenaline and Euthanasia as well, the new syringe items... is it another "DLCs can't interact with each other" issue that applies to a few games i've seen (such as Fallout 3/4/NV)? Mom's Box is not a part of "Yes, Mother?" transformation though, and that can't be blamed on DLC mismatch for being a transformation added in the original Afterbirth DLC.. --Nettimato (talk) 21:47, 13 January 2017 (UTC)
Correction for Bookworm Transormation
I can't edit this page myself... the blue bar reaches max but it never loads. However, Bookworm gives a 25% chance to shoot a double shot, not about 50%. The correct percentage can also be seen on Bookworm's dedicated page.
"Items" column
It's weird that it just says "None" for every transformation. I assume it's supposed to tell which items have to be obtained, but I couldn't find how to edit the Transformation query. I assume only admins can. If one could take the time to do it that would be great.
