Something that should've been added to the page was this: The Pile was created before Afterbirth was released, so the stain didn't exist yet. The Pile was created so Polycephalus could have a posthumous version. Although the Stain was added in afterbirth, the Pile was still added to repentance. Busybody64 (talk) 17:11, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
