New guy here who doesn't know the ways of the wiki so I was hesitant to make an edit. I was playing Rebirth today and was at the "last" level and used the level skip shovel to see what would happen. It took me to Sheol. Maybe someone who is familiar with this wiki could add this alternate way.
We Need To Go Deeper!
P.S. I've beaten Mom's heart 3 times and have even seen that Devil Room with the drop down to Sheol. I got scared and didn't do it though as I didn't know where it would take me and I wanted to secure my victory. I'm not sure what prerequisites there are to using the shovel to get to Sheol.
