I recently acquired proptosis from an interesting place.
On the basement, I was hit from behind in the large room with revolving spikes and the item spawned in front of me. By this point I had aproximately 6 hearts and had taken around 4 hearts of damge from the spikes. Could someone confirm?
PS4 Seed: M2F7 CJHB. (Afterbirth + pretty solid seed with crickets head and small rock in tinted rocks on the first floor, glitch occured floor 2. I had all alt floors unlocked as well as most clear marks).
- Did you have Wish Bone by any chance? That trinket can spawn a random item when you take damage. TheMurlocAggroB (talk) 20:12, 26 October 2020 (UTC)

Spirit Sword[]
Does 
Spirit Sword synergize similarly to Mom's Knife? It seems like I did way more damage when I found Proptosis but can't confirm hard numbers.
