Talk: Juicy Sack

Doesn't this item also slow (at least some) enemy shots? I'm pretty sure I've at least seen the bones that Boneys throw go slower while over the creep it generates. And also, I think it's worth noting that it completely stops charges from enemies like Gurdy Jr, Gurglings, Dingle etc. But I'm not sure if I play this game enough to definitively state that so maybe someone else can confirm.
