In Repentance, Jacob's Ladder changes the Azazel beam to electricity blue color and makes short sparks when the short Brimstone is fired. 188.238.58.151 20:52, 2 April 2021 (UTC)
Possible interaction with water floors?[]
It's possible that the electric arcs reach much farther on watery floors - I was in the flooded basement and electricity seemed to be jumping across the room to enemies. It's possible this was just an item interaction I didn't notice so I'm not confident enough in it to put it on, but is anyone able to confirm this? Davsto (talk) 20:41, 10 April 2021 (UTC)
- This appears to be correct: the arcs can reach vertically from one end of a room to the other in downpour, dross and flooded caves, and the occasional wet-floor rooms in scarred womb (maybe others? but I don't remember them offhand). --Frionil (talk) 16:50, 11 April 2021 (UTC)
disambiguation[]
Should we have a disambiguation notice linking to the stairway, which was named jacob's ladder in antibirth? Busybody64 (talk) 17:41, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
- Antibirth names are trivia, they don't really need to be disambiguated. --Frionil (talk) 17:52, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
Mom's Knife synergy actually works now?[]
Meanwhile playing as the Lost in Repentance, I picked up Moms Knife with Jacobs Ladder. Apparently Mom's Knife does not generate sparks, at least according to this article. Homever I have noticed that on rare occasions, sparks would actually generate, albeit with much less frequency than it would with normal tears.
Charging Activated Collectibles?[]
I have Jacob's Ladder and Shoop Da Whoop! reloads after one room. I think it must be the Ladder who did this.
