Unlocking on PC[]
Are we 100% sure that Magic Mushroom and/or Strength card work for this achievement? In the run where I got it I had Magic Mushroom and I'm pretty sure I had to consume 5 growth pills.
A question about unlocking...[]
On the Switch, unlocking this card requires using five growth pills. Does it count if Placebo is used with said pill? Jmonsterx7 (talk) 20:23, 24 November 2017 (UTC)
- I unlocked it on Steam version with four "One makes you largers pills" and then using a Strength card.
One makes you smaller pills[]
I consumed five One makes you larger pills but did not unlock this achievement. I did also take one One makes you smaller pill between those five pills, so maybe that nullified one of them and kept me from getting the achievement?
- Can confirm. Did that, too. I would cut it down to the following: You literally have to increase in size 5 times, until the moment you are 5 increments larger than at the start of the run. Any "One smakes you smaller" pill or other effect (i.e. 
Mini Mush) counts as "minus 1 step" against that. What eventually did it for me was: Lazarus + Re-roll until you find the double-blue starting pill to be "One makes you larger" + acquire 
Placebo + don't die for some rooms... ==> Huge Growth
