Interactions with Virgo and PHD?[]
So far I've had Virgo collected first, then got the False PHD, and it was unable to change any pill effects into bad effects. Will the same thing happen if they are collected in the other order? --Dwedit (talk) 00:07, 2 April 2021 (UTC)
Item order doesn't matter for item combos like Deck of Cards + Little Baggy and has never mattered for any other item before, so I doubt it will; it's probably safe to assume the synergy works in any order unless we find evidence to the contrary. --UnnoticedShadow (talk) 20:09, 1 April 2021 (EST)
Why is the Devil Room pool missing here?[]
This item is also in the Devil Room pool, and I don't know how to change the item pools in the description. Can someone help?
- You can add items to room pools by editing the room pool page, (ex: Devil Room (Item Pool)) and adding it there. It'll automatically be added to the item page. The item pools have barely been filled out, so any help is appreciated! TheMurlocAggroB (talk) 17:02, 5 April 2021 (UTC)
PhD + False PhD, Repentance:[]
Using the same stat pill with Placebo repeatedly caused it to alternate in effect--Health Up, then Health Down, with each Health Down giving a damage upgrade (and Health Down effect) and each Health Up giving the Health Up effect. Unsure if this interaction is exclusive to PhD and False PhD Xildarkz (talk) 00:10, 28 April 2021 (UTC)
- Health Down pills will automatically become Health Up pills when you have 1 Red heart, and Bad Trip becomes Full Health. False PhD normally overrides that effect, but regular PhD will return it. TheMurlocAggroB (talk) 00:18, 28 April 2021 (UTC)
