- Not under normal conditions, since Keeper's coin hearts count as red hearts. It's possible for it to take effect if Keeper gets revived with Guppy's Collar, which leaves him with half a soul heart. --Exschwasion (talk) 08:28, 23 November 2015 (UTC)
