Well, the first point in Notes is not true. I just a had a challenge run Ultra Hard and encountered Duct Tape in the Basement. I picked it up and the key to Mega Satan stuck near me, few pixels away, cause I was moving while taking Duct Tape. I decided to drop the Tape and made a key to be right near Isaac and then took it. It perfectly worked. I request confirmation from someone until I encounter Duct Tape myself again and record a process.
