I have a seed for brimstone, you enter the devil room in a curse room adjacent to curse room, but what makes it special is that the inner eye is in the treasure room. This is all on floor 1 (cellar). Seed: 63Z6 9JK3
The sprite shown before Booster Pack 5 and after look the exact same to me. Did they actually change the sprite at all?

Whip Worm[]
Does Whip Worm have any effect on Brimstone or does it become completely useless? Based on my completely unscientific method of counting in my head while it charges while possessing and not possessing Whip Worm, it seems that they're incompatible. --124.170.52.218 11:22, 8 August 2015 (UTC)
- Well Whip Worm wouldn't have any effect on the charging speed (which is based on Isaac's Tears stat), since it affects Shot Speed. Since Brimstone fires straight across instantly, instead of traveling, you could say it already has maxed out Shot Speed.
Technology[]
As you all know, Afterbirth has been released, and on my Greed mode run, i discovered that the Brimstone and Technology can be synergized, even with Azazel's Brimstone. Anyone want to confirm? ~Guest
- Yes, Brimstone and Technology create an amazing synergy. Charge time becomes instant, damage increases and tech laser now spirales around Brimstone.
Collection Grid[]
Since the page can't be edited, i can't update the collection grid, which is outdated since Afterbirth got released. I think this page's source shouldn't be protected because the users can't update anything.
God's Flesh interaction[]
Colors beam blue and adds a chance to shrink enemies (although it hardly matters due to brimstone's damage). Same true for Mom's Knife. --46.50.203.162 22:54, 10 December 2015 (UTC)

Brimstone obtainable from The Fallen?[]
I was playing as Azazel and beat The Fallen in Catacombs I and obtained Brimstone from defeating the boss. How did this happen? For specifics, I had the following items: Stem Cells, Camo Undies, The Belt, Bucket of Lard, Binky, Screw, Gimpy, Sticky Bombs, and Guppy's Head for activated and Black Tooth for trinket. The seed is on Repentance and is YCDG KZLF (I don't know how seeds work) and was on Nintendo Switch, so if you have any ideas let me know.
I think I gave a lot of information lol.
- The Fallen pulls items from the devil room pool. That's how you got Brimstone.
