Syringes

Syringes are a group of items with a similar appearance, but different effects based on the color of the liquid. Collecting two of these items in a single run ( excluding Synthoil) will unlock Little Baggy.

Obtaining 3 of these items will grant the Spun transformation.

Adrenaline	5.100.493		Panic = power	Increases damage based on how many empty Red Heart containers Isaac has.	1
Euthanasia	5.100.496		Needle shot	Adds a luck-based chance to fire needles that instantly kill basic enemies and deal triple damage to bosses. If a needle kills an enemy, it bursts into more tears/needles.	3
