Swallowed M80 is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
Effects
- Isaac has a 50% chance to explode when he takes damage, similarly to if he used
Kamikaze!.
- The explosion deals 185 damage and uses most of Isaac's bomb synergies.
Notes
- Causes Devil Beggars and Hell Games to become unplayable, as any damage that could trigger Swallowed M80 will blow them to smithereens.
- Causes Blood Donation Machines and Confessionals to act as if they were destroyed from the explosion despite surviving and functioning normally, resulting in extra coin and heart drops.
- The explosion cannot be triggered by Curse Room or Sacrifice Room spikes.
Synergies
- Golden Trinket / Mom's Box: raises the chance to trigger an explosion to 100%.
- Pyromaniac: Heals on triggered explosion, rendering Isaac invincible if combined with its Golden version / Mom's Box andThe Wafer.
Interactions
- Ghost Bombs / Scatter Bombs / Sticky Bombs: No effect.
- Mr. Mega: Damage is not increased further.
