Sulfur is an activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
Effects
- Upon activation, Isaac is turned into a demon and gains the effects of
Brimstone for the current room.
- If Sulfur has already been used in the current room, it instead gives Isaac +1.8 damage for the current room and increases the size of the laser.
- Further uses of Sulfur will continue increasing Isaac's damage, but will not increase the size of the laser.

Synergies
- 4.5 Volt: Allows for repeated usage of Sulfur in one room.

Trivia
- Sulfur is the more direct translation of Brimstone.
- Originally, there was a bug in Antibirth, using Sulfur twice in one room would instead permanently grant Brimstone to Isaac.
