Changes: Stapler

Stapler is a passive item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

Does not remove any of the additional 2 side tears gained from the Conjoined transformation.

Blood Clot: Isaac has a 50% chance of firing Blood Clot tears with each shot, since he cannot shoot from his left eye.
Chemical Peel: Isaac has a 50% chance of firing Chemical Peel tears with each shot, since he cannot shoot from his left eye.
Eye Drops: Isaac will no longer fire from his left eye, returning rate of fire to standard.
R U a Wizard?: Isaac will only fire from his right eye, diagonally.
Technology 2: Isaac no longer fires tears, he instead fires Technology lasers out of his right eye, alongside the Technology 2 beam.
The Wiz: Isaac will still fire from his left eye.
