Rainbow Worm is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth.
Effects[]
- Isaac's tears gain a worm trinket effect that changes every 3 seconds of the in-game timer. The effects include:
- The order of the effects is always as above, in a cycle.
Notes[]
- Rainbow Worm can't give the effects of worms that are already in effect (with
Mom's Purse or Belly Button) or ones that were gulped.
- Therefore, somehow gulping all the worm trinkets in one run makes Rainbow Worm useless.
- Rainbow Worm acts as giving a second copy of worms you're currently holding, usually doubling any stat increases of the worm.
Synergies[]
- Golden Trinket / Mom's Box / Rainbow Worm : Doubles the effect of each worm.
- Tractor Beam: The altered patterns tears travel in is confined to the beam allowing Isaac to benefit from the stat bonuses granted without losing accuracy.
