RC Remote is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

Effects

• Instead of trailing behind Isaac, familiars are directly controlled by the same inputs as Isaac's.
• Holding the drop button will allow Isaac to move while keeping the familiars in place, identical to Jacob and Esau.

Synergies

• King Baby: Familiars are not held in place while firing but still auto-target enemies.

• Lilith: Incubus can be positioned on top of Lilith, effectively removing Lilith's downside.

Interactions

• Does not affect familiars that follow Isaac's movement on a delay. (e.g. Multidimensional Baby, Papa Fly etc.)
• Does not affect familiars moving independently. (e.g. BBF, Sissy Longlegs etc.)
• Isaac's Heart / Lost Soul: No effect.
