- This item can appear when using the 0 - The Fool? with 99 bombs in inventory.
- As Tainted ??? cannot use bombs, this item has no effect. No extra poop pickups are granted.

- Pyro is a reference to pyromania, a disorder characterized by an obsession with setting things on fire. In this case it's bomb fuses.
- This item is the bomb counterpart to A Dollar and Skeleton Key.
