Notes
- If used after clearing a floor, before proceeding to the next one, it guarantees a new Heart Container every floor.
- Since it adds the eternal heart directly to the health bar instead of spawning it on the floor, the item is useless for
Keeper. - Power combination with watch battery since it will fully charge the prayer card. For example, Using the prayer card once fully charged after clearing a room and receiving a lil watch battery as a room pick up, simply activate the prayer card to create one eternal heart and then pick up the lil watch battery, which fully recharges the card, and then use again to gain a second eternal heart which automatically adds a heart container.

- Car Battery: Grants one full Heart Container upon use.

- Book of Virtues: Spawns white, heart-shaped wisps in the inner ring. Wisps' tears have 0.75 shot speed. The wisps' tears effectively act as though they have Sacred Heart.
