Pointy Rib is an unlockable passive item added in Booster Pack #5.

Effects

• Spawns a bone familiar that can be aimed with the fire buttons and does contact damage.
• The damage is equal to Isaac's base damage and is dealt 6 times per second.
  • Being hurt boosts the damage slightly for a short moment.

Interactions

• BFFS!: Familiar is bigger and deals double damage.
• : Beam of electricity occasionally connects familiar and Isaac.

Trivia

• The quote "Stabbing time" may be a reference to an often said phrase by the Sniper from Team Fortress 2.
• The item is possibly a reference to the Genesis story where God created Eve by removing a rib from Adam.
