Effects
- -1 Tears delay. This Tears up will subtract its value from Isaac's current tear rate, which allows Isaac's tear rate to go over the maximum rate of fire. This also means that the more tears upgrades Isaac gets, the more effective Pisces's Tears Up effect becomes.
- Increases tear knockback.
- Works even with Piercing Tears, but the knockback effect is reduced.
- Slightly increases tear size (without increasing damage).

- Piercing Tears: Reduces knockback, reducing the effectiveness of Pisces.
