- Adds 3
Pennies on pickup. - When Isaac takes damage, spawns 1 or 2 Pennies near him.
Notes[]
- The coins that are dropped from Piggy Bank are not subtracted from Isaac's total.
- Other types of coins cannot be spawned by Piggy Bank, only normal Pennies.
Interactions[]
- Dull Razor: Activates Piggy Bank's effect without actually taking any damage.
- Keeper/ Tainted Keeper: Drops 0-1 pennies instead.
- Piggy Bank: Multiple copies will only add 3 more coins on pickup, with no additional coins dropping on taking damage.
