Effects
- Spawns a blue fly familiar that will follow Isaac's movement with a 2.5-second delay.
- Papa Fly will fire tears at nearby enemies that deal damage equal to Isaac's tear damage.

Synergies
Multidimensional Baby: The paths of Papa Fly and Multidimensional Baby are identical, so all of Papa Fly's tears will be doubled.
