Mysterious Candy is a trinket.
Effects[]
- Isaac has a chance to fart or poop every 30 seconds.
Getting hit can also trigger the effect. - Farts deal 6 damage and blow away projectiles.
Notes[]
- With smart positioning, poops can be placed and bombed to create bridges for 1 tile gaps, allowing Isaac to reach otherwise unobtainable consumables.
- Isaac can poop as much as he wants without leaving the room, but he still cannot poop where a previous poop was placed or destroyed.
- Poops dropped can still drop pickups, unalike poops spawned by Larry Jr.
Synergies[]
- Golden Trinket: Spawned poop is golden.
- Brown Cap: Poops may be used to access secret rooms and blow rocks and debris.
- + Yes Mother?: Not recommended. Poops will blow up as soon as they spawn.
- + Pyromaniac: Provides a slow, but effective source of healing.
- Butt Penny / Petrified Poop : Poops are more likely to drop pickups, allowing to farm them over time.
- Dirty Mind: Allows a steady supply of Dips, with time. Useful for later chapters.
- Gigante Bean: Farts are affected, covering a wide area and dealing 10 damage instead.
- Meconium: Poops spawned by Mysterious Candy have a chance to be black poop.
Interactions[]
- Hallowed Ground / Midas' Touch: The spawned poops are not affected by these items.

- Mysterious Candy is a reference to Ex-Lax brand of laxative, where the active ingredient is contained in chocolate bars.
- This trinket is used in Scat Man (challenge #36).
