Mom's Chest is a unique chest appearing in Home. On the first encounter, it always contains Red Key but in later runs will draw additionally from a pool of Mom-related items. Items that draw from the current room's item pool such as Mystery Gift will spawn items from this pool when used in Mom's bedroom.
Isaac's tears are replaced by a knife that pierces enemies, can travel through obstacles, and can hurt enemies while Isaac is holding it. Holding down the fire button before firing increases its range and power.
