Maggy's Bow is an unlockable passive item.

Effects

• Adds one Red Heart container.
• Red Hearts heal double their value. A Half Red Heart replenishes one red heart of Isaac's health, a Red Heart or Scared Heart replenishes two red hearts of Isaac's health, and a Double Heart replenishes four red hearts of Isaac's health. Blended Hearts either replenish two red hearts or replenish one red heart and add one Soul Heart, depending on how many empty red heart containers Isaac has, but cannot add two Soul Hearts.

Synergies

• Candy Heart: Doubles the stat boosts from any given heart. Half hearts give two boosts, full hearts give four, and double hearts give eight.
• The Jar: Allows for spawning of infinite Red Hearts.
• Humbling Bundle: Red Hearts are turned into Double Hearts that are worth four hearts of healing.
• Tainted Magdalene: Increases the healing of the temporary Half Red Hearts she spawns, giving her more longevity.

Interactions

• Yum Heart: No effect; will still only replenish one full red heart.
• Does not work with The Keeper.
• Does not affect rotten hearts.
