Lucky Foot is a passive item.
Effects[ | ]
- +1 luck.
- Increases chances of winning at Shell Game, Hell Game, Slot Machine, Fortune Telling Machine, and Confessional.
- Increases chances of getting a room-clearing drop (independent from the luck stat).
- Increases the chance of a reward from a Beggar or Devil Beggar after each of their first payouts.
- On Hard mode, reduces the minimum number of donations for each reward to 2 (from 3).
- Does not apply to Key Master, Bomb Bum, Battery Bum, or Rotten Beggar.
- Converts all "bad" pills into their "good" counterparts but doesn't affect neutral ones, like PHD. Pills remain unidentified.
Notes[ | ]
- Cain starts with this item by default.
Interactions[ | ]
- False PHD: Pills can both be good or bad again. Taking a bad pill still applies the benefits from False PHD.
- Lucky Toe: The extra luck-independent chance of room clearing drops from Lucky Toe applies only in a diminished form, unless at zero or negative luck. This bonus from Lucky Foot is still retained.

Trivia[ | ]
- In the original The Binding of Isaac, Lucky Foot had the added effect of changing "bad pills" into "good pills".
- This was restored in Repentance.
- On the Character Select Screen, this item is mistakenly called the "Luck Foot".
- The Lucky Foot may be a reference to a rabbit's foot, which is carried as an amulet for good luck.
