- Occasionally spawns a Blue Spider.
- Effect only occurs when in an uncleared room.
- After the first spider spawns, there is a 50% chance of one spawning after 30 seconds and a guaranteed spawn a minute later.

Golden Trinket / Mom's Box / Louse : Each copy of the effect will spawn an additional spider every time one is spawned.

- The phrase "Itchy, tasty..." is a reference to the Keeper's Diary from Resident Evil. The Diary describes the slow transformation of a researcher into a zombie as his entries become less and less coherent due to neural decay caused by t-Virus infection. His final entry consists of two words: "Itchy. Tasty.".
