Locust of Pestilence is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth † expansion.

Effects

  • Upon entering a room with enemies, spawns a Green Locust that deals double Isaac's damage and poisons enemies, which deals double Isaac's damage over time.

Notes

  • The Locust will also spawn each time a wave in Boss Rush starts.
  • During Greed Mode, locusts will not spawn when waves start.
