Lil' Haunts are ghost enemies that slightly mimic the movements of Isaac, which allows them to "chase" him if Isaac constantly tries running away from them. Occasionally, they stop to spew blood shots towards the location Isaac will be in if he doesn't stop moving; this did not have an animation up till Repentance, making it difficult to telegraph.
Three Lil' Haunts circle The Haunt in its first phase. The first one charges at Isaac, and after the first is killed, the second and third charge at Isaac. The Black Champion Haunt will be circled by two Lil' Haunts, and The Pink Champion Haunt will only be circled by one.
