The trinket's sprite is a Triskelion, also known as a Triskele.
While there is no connection between the triskelion and the concept of karma itself in any culture, the Celtic Irish considered the triskelion and its three spirals a representation of the cycle of birth, life and death, which could be associated with the karmic cycle.
