Effects

• Adds a high chance to block projectiles hitting Isaac directly. When effectively blocking a projectile, Isaac will briefly flash blue.

Notes

• Although the item's pickup quote is "Damage Reduction", Infamy does not reduce the damage taken with every hit. Instead, the total damage received from multiple projectiles is reduced.
  • Likewise, although the character's sprite shows the mask on the front, it can block projectiles from any direction.
• When combined with Host Hat, Isaac gains a very high chance to block projectiles.

• This item is a reference to the Mask of Infamy boss.
• This item is used in Challenge #5 (The Tank).
