Flip is an activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. It is available solely for 
Tainted Lazarus as his starting item.
Effects
- Switch characters between
Tainted Lazarus and Dead Tainted Lazarus.
Notes
- When used on any other character, the item has no effect.

Trivia
- The item is unavailable for anyone except Tainted Lazarus/Dead Tainted Lazarus, and if acquired through cheating, does not work properly.
- Despite this, it can be "unlocked" for all characters by defeating Delirium as Tainted Lazarus. Since no item pools contain it, however, Flip cannot actually be obtained by anyone else. It is currently unknown if this unlock has any practical effect.
