Farting Baby is an unlockable passive item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth.
Effects[ | ]
- Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and blocks enemy projectiles. Upon blocking a shot, it has a 10% chance of farting. There are three possible fart effects:
- Charms all nearby enemies.
- Poisons all nearby enemies.
- Knocks back nearby enemies
and hostile tears.
- This item belongs to the Conjoined set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a three-faced version of himself.
Notes[ | ]
- Farting Baby does no contact damage.
- The knockback fart deals no damage.
- The reflected tears deal 6 damage if they would've hurt Isaac for half a heart, and 7 for a full heart.
- The charm fart deals 5 damage.
- The poison fart initially deals 5 damage and the poison deals 3.5.
- Familiars that follow behind Isaac have a certain priority in how close their position is to him over other familiars, with Farting Baby having the lowest priority at 6th and thus being farther from Isaac than familiars of different priorities.

- BFFS!: No effect on damage or blocking radius; only the visual size is changed.
