- Works decently with Blood Donation Machines, as there's a chance to receive a consumable when donating HP. The Bloody Penny can amplify this effect, giving you more chances to use the Blood Donation Machines.
- Holy Mantle's initial damage block will sometimes activate fanny pack without costing you health.
