Cursed Penny is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.
Effects[]
- Teleports Isaac to a random room upon picking up a coin. Can teleport to the secret rooms.
Synergies[]
Tainted Keeper: Allows him to farm infinite money. Killing an enemy drops a coin, which will teleport him to a different room and reset the current one.
Interactions[]
- Black Candle: Teleport effect is removed.
- Mom's Box: No effect.
