Clotties (or Clottys) are enemies that wander around the room, randomly shooting blood shots in the four cardinal directions. These can be particularly difficult to deal with early on if the player isn't careful. Two of them are also spawned from Mega Clotties when killed.

A Clot is an alternate version of a Clotty that shoots tar shots in the four diagonal directions. They appear similar to Gish, who spawns them. As they do not shoot tar shots in the cardinal directions, they are considerably easier to defeat.

An even rarer form of the Clotty is the I.Blob. It is an Isaac-like Clot head that shoots tears in 8 directions, combining the attacks of both the normal Clot and the Clotty.

Trivia

• Clots are a miniature version of Gish, from the game of the same name.
• The I in I.Blob likely stands for Isaac due to their appearance.
