Effects[]
- Upon picking up a coin, Isaac farts, knocking back nearby enemies
and projectiles.
- 20% chance for a coin to drop from Poops, in addition to its normal drop chances.

- It can be found by destroying Special Shopkeepers.
Synergies[]
- Dirty Mind: Grants a chance to spawn a Dip each time a coin is picked up.
- E. Coli/Flush!: Grants poops made from enemies a chance to drop pickups.
- Gigante Bean: The size of the fart is drastically increased.
- IBS / Tainted ???: Thrown poops gain the chance of dropping a coin on being destroyed.
- IV Bag / Piggy Bank / Swallowed Penny: Pennies dropped can be used either defensively to deflect enemies and projectiles, or offensively to poison.
- The Poop / Mysterious Candy: Allows Isaac to slowly farm coins over time.
- Ghost Pepper / Bird's Eye : Isaac farts flames whenever he picks up coins.
Interactions[]
- E. Coli / Flush!: Poops made from enemies do not drop pickups.
- Tainted Keeper: All coins dropped from enemies trigger the effect, helping in defending Keeper or damaging nearby enemies, though the knockback could make collecting coins more difficult were there a lot of them dropped close to each other.
