- When held, Isaac has a 22.22% chance to be revived as
??? in the previous room. Can occur multiple times in the same run.
Notes[]
- Resurrection items activate in a set order. Broken Ankh is 7th / 9th in this order after Error: The given pickup ("Soul of Lazarus") does not exist., 1up!, Dead Cat, Lazarus' inherent extra life ( swap the order of the previous two), Inner Child, Guppy's Collar, Lazarus' Rags, and Ankh.
- This trinket isn't affected by Luck.
- Unlike Guppy's Collar, Broken Ankh will not display an extra life and question mark next to Isaac's hearts.
