Bombs are used to damage enemies, destroy rocks, and open up regular doors and Secret Rooms. When spawned, it can be replaced by a Troll Bomb instead.
Isaac's bombs deal 60 damage to enemies and one full heart of damage to himself.

Notes
Troll Bombs explode after a random amount of time. This means that if two Troll Bombs spawn at the same time right next to each other, there's a high chance one Troll Bomb will blow up before the other, sending that Troll Bomb sliding outwards a bit before exploding.- Giga Bomb explosions will never destroy tiles in front of room exits.
- Pyromaniac is a good resource for gaining health via explosions. Also, damages enemies, explodes obstacles and opens Secret Rooms like a normal bomb would do, so it's a huge boost to bombs.
- Megatroll Bombs are very useful as instant health, as they chase you, they help you not needing to find a bomb/Troll bomb to heal that might have already exploded.
- You can heal yourself infinitely with Golden Troll Bombs, as they never stop exploding, however to healing at full 12 hearts it might take a while as Pyromaniac heals half hearts instead of one full heart, this could be an useful resource as it's free health.
- With Remote Detonator you can place bombs and use them as remote health, like some sort of emergency use health.
- WithSafety Scissors, Pyromaniac can be used to grab Troll bombs like it will always do and use them to heal later.
Unlockable Achievements
- It's the Key - Defeat The Lamb without taking Hearts, Coins, or Bombs through the entire run. Letting certain familiars (e.g. Bum Friend, Dark Bum, Bumbo or Lil Portal) or bosses (e.g. Bumbino) pick up the consumables fails this condition as well.'"`UNIQ--ref-00000006-QINU`"'.
Trivia
- Troll Bombs are a reference to Trolling, an internet term for tricking or messing with one psychologically.
- The faces on Troll Bomb depict the Trollface, a face commonly associated with internet trolls and trolling.
- Megatroll Bombs are spawned by Super Wrath, Super Pride, War (black Champion), and sometimes Little Horn.
- In the original game, Megatroll Bombs can't be blocked by obstacles or non-piercing tears, will follow the player at any distance, and are much faster.
