- Book of Secrets: Makes it easier to gain X-Ray Vision as Book of Secrets cannot give a mapping effect Isaac already has.

- This item is used in Cursed! (challenge #10).
- In the original game, Treasure Map revealed the location of Secret Rooms as well. In Rebirth, this effect, along with the added effect of revealing of Super Secret Rooms, now belongs to this item instead.
- Under the minimap, The Mind's icon will override the icon of this item.
