The Blaster is an enemy that is exclusive to 
Mines. It is characterized by a large boulder with holes on its upper body and its lack of arms.
It slowly wanders around and occasionally shoots a 
Fly Bomb at Isaac. When it shoots, the boulder on its head forms an opening for the Fly Bomb to be shot out of.
Blasters take only 25% damage from non-explosive sources. Their own Fly Bombs can be used against them to quickly defeat them.
