Black Tooth is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †.
Effects[ | ]
- Adds a chance to fire a black tooth that poisons enemies.
- Black teeth deal double Isaac's normal tear damage.
- The chance scales with luck very slowly, with barely noticeable increase until close to 30 luck, and at 32 luck every tear is a tooth.
