- Grants Isaac's familiars homing shots.
- This includes the shots fired by Tainted Lilith's attached familiar.

Using with Tarot Cloth will unlock this item.
- Tarot Cloth with the card has a unique effect and does not count as two uses for unlocking purposes.
- Using Telepathy for Dummies twice in the same room, either with Car Battery, ? Card or through a recharge, will unlock this item. Combination of items like Spoon Bender and/or Sacred Heart also works.
